- How do I get training if there are no courses scheduled in my area?
Call us and ask us about in-house training.
- Do you offer courses on the weekend?
Due to instructor availability we cannot offer weekend courses. If our times or locations do not fit your schedule your organization may wish to consider our in-house customized training.
- If I am unable to attend the course and have paid, how much notice is necessary inorder to receive a full refund?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you have registered for a course and have paid for the course but after discover that you are unable to attend, inorder to receive a full refund you will need to provide us with at least three business days notice. If notice is not given within that time frame, you will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee.
A full refund will be issued to you if any unforeseen circumstances have created a situation in which we are unable to hold the course, therefore having to cancel the course and reschedule for another time.
- Can I register for more then one course at a time?
You can register for as many courses as you like but each must be processed as a seperate transaction.
